1841 Metodo Classico Rosé
Dosage Zero


A wine of great freshness and complexity on the palate, with a very pale rosé color. Fine and persistent bubbles with notes of ripe fruits—apricots. Excellent acidity supported by the classic tannin of the Nebbiolo grape, which ensures excellent aging potential.


 

 


Grape Variety – 100% Nebbiolo
Vineyards – Municipality of La Morra
Soil – Calcareous / sandy
Planting Density – 4,800 vines/Ha
Vinification Method – Wine obtained from Nebbiolo grapes harvested at the beginning of September and vinified as a white wine without skin contact. The tirage is performed by adding yeasts to the mass, and the wine is then bottled to trigger secondary fermentation.
Aging – Aged on its lees for at least 48 months before disgorgement, then rests an additional 6 months before release.
Tasting Notes – Very pale rosé color. Fine and persistent bubbles with aromas of ripe fruits. Apricots. Excellent acidity supported by the classic tannin of the Nebbiolo grape, ensuring excellent aging potential.
