Barolo DOCG from the Municipality of La Morra


Wine made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the municipality of La Morra, elegant and ruby red in color.
Intense on the nose with notes of violet, raspberry, and wild strawberry. Fresh, fairly savory with delicate tannins on the palate. Elegant and harmonious, with great persistence and finesse.


 

 


Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Vineyards: Municipality of La Morra, various vineyards
Soil: Calcareous / sandy
Planting Density: 4,800 vines/Ha
Vinification Method: Maceration on the skins for about three weeks at 27°C
Aging: Aged for 18 months in oak barrels
Cellaring Potential: 10 to 15 years
Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. Intense on the nose with notes of violet, raspberry, and wild strawberry. Fresh, fairly savory with delicate tannins on the palate. Elegant and harmonious, with great persistence and finesse.
Serving Temperature: 16–17°C
Format: 0.75 l bottle – 1.5 l magnum
